The Institute for Regenerative Development (IRD) is dedicated to transforming how we design, build, and inhabit the world. Working at the intersection of research, education, and practice, we advance environmental and social sustainability in the built environment — moving beyond mitigation toward systems that actively repair and renew the natural and human ecologies on which we depend.
